explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our comedy
club booking software, in compliance with UK laws, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and
the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
This privacy policy applies to Productions (the users who pay to use our service) and Acts and
Managers (the users who Productions interact with on the platform) who access our services
through one of our websites.
We may collect the following types of information from you:

physical address, banking information, biographical information, and credit card
information.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Access to sensitive data
by RGB Monster’s employees is strictly controlled and monitored, and is limited to necessary
situations, such as support requests or the resolution of technical issues.

Cookies we need: When you sign in, we set a cookie that keeps you signed
in. We also keep a few preferences in your browser, such as your answer to our cookie
banner. The service can't work without these, so we don't ask for them.

Visitor statistics: We count visits to our websites and app with Plausible
Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or collect personal information. We use it to see
how people find us and which pages they use.

Advertising cookies: If you choose "Happy to help" on our cookie
banner, our website loads the Meta Pixel and the Google tag, which set Meta's and
Google's cookies. They tell Meta and Google which pages of our website you visit, when
you click to book a call with us, and when you sign up. Meta also receives your role, how
many shows you run and whether you chose a setup call. We use this to measure our ads on
Facebook, Instagram and Google, and to show them to people likely to find Confirmed useful.
Meta and Google may connect this to your accounts with them under their own privacy
policies: Meta's and
Google's.

Only on our website: The Meta Pixel and the Google tag only run on our
website and signup page. They never run once you're using Confirmed itself, so they
never see your shows, acts, bookings or anything else in your account.

Changing your mind: You can change your answer at any time from
"Cookie settings" at the bottom of our website. If you withdraw your consent, we
remove the advertising cookies on our website and stop loading the Meta Pixel and the Google
tag.
By accessing and using Confirmed.Show ("Service") as either an Act, Manager or
Production, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

Registration: You must create an account to use certain features of the
Service. You must submit accurate and complete information during registration, and must
maintain the accuracy of this data.

Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must only
access your account using your own email address, and maintain the physical security of the
devices on which you access your account.

Permitted Use: You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in
accordance with these Terms.

Misrepresent the Production you represent; the production handle, name, and logo
must be your own.

List non-existent opportunities or make misleading claims about fees or performance
opportunities.

Use copyrighted material in a way that would infringe on the right holder's
rights.
- Engage in any illegal activities.

User Data: Users (Acts) can modify their data at any time and control who
has access to it. Productions can modify the data they store at any time, and may export it
at any time.

Compliance: Productions must comply with all applicable laws and
regulations regarding the data they handle.

Subscription Fees: Certain features of the Service may require payment of
subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Billing Information: You must provide accurate billing information and keep
it up to date.

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by
contacting support@confirmed.show.

Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your
account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. In serious cases,
termination will be immediate and without refund.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted. There will be times when you may not
be able to access your user account due to account maintenance, service upgrades, or a loss of
service from a third party service provider. We undertake to take reasonable measures to ensure
that such service interruptions are infrequent and as short as possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RGB Monster Limited shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or
revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other
intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any
unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c)
any loss of data that you have uploaded to the service, or the service has generated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the
new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes
your acceptance of the new Terms.
